The project is located in An Phu village, Tinh An commune, Son Tinh district, Quang Ngai province, total area is about 233.4ha. It consists of two main zones:

• Zone 1: The floating island in the east of Tra Khuc 2 Bridge and the dam in Tra Khuc river stage 1 with an area of approximate 184.7ha.
• Zone 2: The sand area in the south of My Tra - My Khe planning road with an area of about 48.7ha.

  • The east borders the sand dune
  • The west borders My Tra - My Khe residential area project invested by HUD.             

After completing the bridge from downtown to the project's location, the project is just about 1km far away from the center of Quang Ngai city.

In the future, this will be one of the most attractive projects in Central Vietnam with many functional areas which are exclusive and modern, especially Zone 1 - Ruby Island (184.7ha) including 18-hold golf courses, 5-star hotels, yacht terminals, high-end villas, commercial centers, showrooms, conferences, green parks with roads along the island, etc. Zone 2 (48.7ha) is the urban are including large villas on the riverside, smaill villas and houses inside and a wide range of facilities such as clinics, schools, kindergartens, parks, etc.
