The project belongs to newly planned residential areas which are invested under general development orientation of Binh Chanh District. Accordingly, when Tran Dai Nghia road in the north of the project is expanded by building line connecting trunk roads of the project, transport system in this area is convenient to move from western regions into Ho Chi Minh city and vice versa; is about 700m away from Sai Gon - Trung Luong Highway, 2.5 km away from Highway 1A (roundabout An Lac).
